Are the Calming Beds for Cats machine-washable?

Yes! Our Anti-Anxiety Cat Beds are completely machine-washable -- just use the "Light" cycle option! They can also be hand-washed. 

 

What size of the Anti-Anxiety Cat Beds should I buy?

Can I purchase these calming beds for my dog?

Absolutely -- all pets love this product!

 

I bought one of your products, but now I see it at a different price on your website. Can I get a credit?

Unfortunately, no. As an online business, we are quick to adjust our prices in response to trends, stock, and demand from customers, as well as during special holiday promotions. We generally do not refund the difference.

 

How long does it take to ship an order for your Cat Beds?

We generally will ship your order the next day after the date you placed it. However, sometimes we may have to wait an additional 2-4 days for more stock.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 7-14 days to arrive, depending on your location (we ship worldwide). Farther areas of the world can take a bit longer to arrive. But rest assured -- we will get to you.

 

Do you guarantee delivery time?

Because the post office handles your shipment based on your location, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery. However, we will give you an estimate of when the package may arrive.

 

What if delivery of my order was delayed?

We ship worldwide, and unfortunately delivery times do vary depending on where you’re located. We use the fastest standard shipping speed available, which typically takes around 7 business days for items to arrive at their destination.

Of course, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind that holidays do not count as a business days, and should be taken into account when calculating shipping times. 

 

How do I track my order?

We will email you with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Your tracking number will typically be updated 1-2 days after your order has shipped.

How do I cancel an order?

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that, the order has most likely already been processed and is preparing for shipment--or has already been shipped.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on our prompt service delivery process, which means getting your orders out as fast as possible.

 

What if the size I ordered of your Anti-Anxiety Bed for Cats is too small for my cat?

Please be sure to check our size guide above If you are unsure prior to ordering. If you are still hesitant, a rule of thumb is to go with the largest size (which works well for all cats).
